Privacy Policy

Account information: your email address, authentication identifiers, and basic profile details from Supabase Auth so you can sign in and manage your subscription.

Billing information: Stripe handles payment details. We store your Stripe customer id, price id, and subscription status so we can grant and manage access.

Video jobs: when you submit a YouTube link or uploaded file, the service processes the source video, transcript, selected clips, captions, render settings, thumbnails, and exported files needed to provide the product.

Editor settings: caption style, logo, aspect ratio, prompt, and clip edits may be saved with your job or in your browser so the editor can restore your work.

Transcript text and selected job metadata may be sent to OpenAI to identify clip-worthy moments, improve ranking, and create edit suggestions. Source videos are processed by our pipeline and rendering services.

We do not sell your content or use it for advertising. OpenAI processes API inputs under its API terms and does not use API content to train models by default.

We use Supabase for authentication and account data, Stripe for billing, Resend for transactional email, Modal for compute, Cloudflare R2 for private media storage when enabled, and Vercel for the web app.

These providers process data only as needed to operate the service, secure accounts, deliver emails, process payments, store media, and run video jobs.

Authentication uses Supabase session cookies. The app also uses browser storage for editor preferences and in-progress UI state.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers or sell personal information.

Processed videos, transcripts, clips, and rendered exports remain available until you delete the job, the service prunes old media, or storage maintenance requires removal.

Deleting a job removes its media from the active service. Billing records may remain in Stripe where required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on the site or sent by email.
